Our work · Glass doorsPurified water.
In every bucket.
We use purified water in every cleaning bucket, for both interior and exterior work. High-quality window-cleaning soap is part of that same approach.
Care starts with what we use.
Purified water and quality soap are standard parts of our service. We use them for the glass inside your home as well as the windows outside.
Attention through the final pass.
We clean the glass, remove the solution with a squeegee, and give the edges attention. The aim is a carefully finished window, with its screens, tracks, frames, and sills included in the work.
Our work · Arched glassAdditional work.
Quoted separately.
Hard-water removal and post-construction cleaning are additional services. They are priced separately from standard window cleaning.
Hard-water spots
Let us know where water spots appear and whether they return between visits. We can assess the glass and discuss whether removal is suitable, with the work and price confirmed before proceeding.
Some staining or etching may be permanent, so a full restoration is not always possible.
Post-construction cleaning
If your windows need cleaning after building or renovation work, mention that when requesting your quote. We’ll discuss what’s on the glass and the work needed before pricing it as a post-construction job.
A starting point.
A schedule that suits you.
For ongoing home care, our recommendation is to clean the inside at least once a year and the outside at least twice a year. You can choose more frequent visits to suit your property and preferences.
At least once a year.
Our recommended starting point for interior glass. Discuss more frequent cleaning if you want attention inside between those visits.
At least twice a year.
Our recommended starting point for exterior glass. Regular visits also give us an opportunity to assess recurring water spots with you.
Choose your frequency.
Monthly, quarterly, three-times-a-year, and twice-yearly visits are options. Tell us how you want your windows to look and which areas need attention; we can discuss a plan around that.
Recurring cleaning covers the agreed routine work. Hard-water removal remains a separately quoted service, and regular cleaning does not guarantee that water spots won’t return.
Tell us about
your windows.
A few details help us understand the work before we quote:
- Your city and whether you want interior, exterior, or both.
- Approximate window count, glass doors, and the number of stories.
- Any access concerns, recurring water spots, or recent construction work.
- Whether you want a one-time visit or a recurring schedule.
We can discuss access and any preparation for your particular home when arranging the visit.
